Overall, a great reference book worth reading. Not something you're Cited by: This is one thick and massive book on SAR.
It is very thick and heavy, best have it quite well read BEFORE going into the wilderness. I like the first chapter that gives a quick history of SAR, always interesting in how those things came about. It will be interesting to see what it is like years from now as technology improves/5(17).
